BRIEF
A global consumer tech brand needed to run a multi-region (Asia, Europe and North America) influencer marketing campaign across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok — reaching sports, tech and lifestyle audiences in Asia, Europe and North America at the same time.
Challenge: Translate a complex AI wearable into credible influencer content across three international markets and three platforms — without losing product clarity, sports authenticity, or execution consistency.
APPROACH
ACC identified that no single creator type could carry this campaign. Before sourcing began, the brief was decomposed into four distinct creator roles — each assigned a specific job in the purchase journey.
SOLUTION
A four-role global creator system.
Tech reviewers on YouTube for product credibility and feature comparison. Sports creators across hiking, skiing and cycling for real-use demonstration. Lifestyle sports creators for desirability and aspirational positioning. Short-form TikTok creators for movement-led content volume and discovery. Mid- and micro-creators were prioritised over large accounts to maximise content asset output across authentic outdoor environments.
OUTCOME
40 influencer posts delivered across Asia, Europe and North America — through one coordinated campaign system, across three platforms, without compromising briefing standards or content quality in any market.

3
Ran three international markets as one system.
Asia, Europe and North America were coordinated through a single campaign workflow — same briefing standards, same 12-hour communication SLA, same content review process. Regional differences were resolved at the sourcing stage, not mid-execution.
2
Chose mid- and micro-creators by design.
Large accounts were deliberately deprioritised. The campaign goal was scalable content assets across real sports environments — not reach numbers alone. Creators filming in authentic outdoor contexts consistently outperformed larger accounts in mismatched environments.
1
Decomposed the brief before touching the creator list.
A multi-platform, multi-market campaign for an AI wearable cannot be run as a single influencer list. Before any outreach began, ACC mapped the full consumer purchase journey — awareness, education, proof, desirability — and assigned a creator type and platform to each stage.
Multi-region influencer marketing campaigns fail when treated as parallel executions. They succeed when built as one system — unified brief structure, consistent content logic, single execution standard across every market. That is how ACC runs every international influencer campaign.
